Description – Free shuttle service. Festival Grounds Parking $2 per vehicle, per entry. Forty-five brightly colored hot air balloons are the stars of the festival, and, weather permitting, visitors can enjoy seeing them in the air at sunrise (6 a.m.) on Saturday and Sunday morning and at sunset (7-9 PM) Friday and Saturday night. In addition to the balloons, the festival includes great music throughout the weekend, topped off with headliner bands The Wes Loper Band 7-10 PM on Friday and The Andy Smith Band 7-10 PM on Saturday. There will be 60’kites flying high and performing stunts throughout the day Friday and Saturday, an Arts and Crafts village, a Children’s Village with lots of activities including clowns, Alabama’s Gulf Coast Zoo, and Alligator Alley. The Disc-Connected K9’s World Famous Frisbee Dogs will have several performances, and the ever-popular Antique Tractor display with have live demonstrations of special equipment. Food Vendors with a variety of cuisine will tempt your palate. Budweiser and Coca-cola are our beverage sponsors.
